Salt usage us dependent on the water usage. The more water used, the quicker the salt is used. We suggest checking salt level once a month
Regeneration is dependent on the usage of water. When we program the softener, we aim to regenerate once a week.
Fast rinse cycle should wash most salt off the resin. If water do taste salty after regeneration, we can program to extend the fast rinse cycle to clear more salt out of the water softener prior to use.
